Joshua is a recovered addict, now nine years clean, who has walked the path of deep transformation. After rebuilding his life, securing stable work and a home, and regaining custody of his daughter, Joshua became a pillar of support in his community. Out of his journey of resurrection, he designed the vision for the Foundation´s Program—a structured model to give others in recovery the same opportunity to rebuild, thrive, and create impact.

Aviv is a social entrepreneur, fundraiser, and the founder of the Bustan Paradise Foundation, a global initiative dedicated to ecological and cultural restoration. With extensive experience in building community-based projects and mobilizing resources for transformative change, Aviv brings the organizational framework and sustainability strategy to help Second Chance grow from a vision into a movement.
